How to return an item and what to expect from our trade returns team.
We want you to be satisfied with every order. Please read before returning goods.
What we accept
- Unused items in original packaging
- Returns within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order reference)
- Standard catalogue lines (not cut-to-length unless faulty)
What we don't cover
- Installed or used product
- Custom or non-stock factory orders
- Damage after delivery to site
- Missing return authorisation reference
How to return
Email info.auplumbing@gmail.com with your order number, SKU, and reason. We confirm within one business day. Approved refunds are typically processed within five business days after inspection. Return shipping at buyer's expense.
